I am a partner in the accounting firm Melnyk & Wiseman and now is our busiest time of year and we are very dependent on our copiers and scanners which we purchased and have serviced by Business Machines. During tax season these machines require a great deal of service and Will and his team always respond with same day service. What impressed me the most is whar has recently occurred. Our scanner did not work on Thursday before Easter late in the day. Business machines said they would be closed on Good Friday and will come on Monday after Easter. We were surprised to have Will the owner show up on Good Friday. I was so impressed that he would take time from his holiday weekend to service our scanner.
